Paul leads on service delivery, investor and partner relationships and delivering asset specific ESG initiatives.

Prior to founding Marchlyn, Paul was an Executive Director at Tristan Capital Partners, a leading pan-European investment manager with over €15bn AUM, investing in multiple real estate strategies and sectors across all major European markets.

Paul’s experience covers investment transactions, debt financing, development projects, leasing and strategic asset management across the UK real estate markets. He has transacted over £2bn and managed portfolios of over £5bn.

Key specialisms include delivering high quality ESG workspaces, residential schemes and industrial/logistics focusing on innovation, tech and service led operations and leasing.

Ellen joined Marchlyn to deliver investment and asset management strategies and build investor and partner relationships.

Ellen has spent over 20 years in the finance industry with 15 of them focused on real estate. She has worked with both investors and operators including 6 years at Starwood Capital, a global investment manager and more recently UK focused life science developers.

Ellen’s experience spans a variety of real estate sectors including office, industrial, PBSA, residential and life sciences. She is experienced in managing assets through the full investment life cycle and has worked on projects in both the UK and Europe.

An accountant by background, Ellen’s specialisms include portfolio and investment management, financial planning and analysis, debt financing and strategic asset management.

Nicho is focused on the creation of investment opportunities, JV strategies and developing investor relationships.

Prior to joining Marchlyn, Nicho spent 6 years as Managing Director, UK Investments at Tristan Capital Partners, having previously been a Fund Manager at Federated Hermes. He has a strong track record as a value add and opportunistic equity investor, having been responsible for £5bn of transactions.

Nicho’s experience covers a variety of sectors in the UK market including logistics, life science & innovation, office and residential.

Whilst at Federated Hermes he was also a board director of Argent Kings Cross Ltd, the developer of the 67-acre Kings Cross Estate.

A Chartered Surveyor by background, his specialisms include equity investment and development funding, strategic asset management, joint ventures and ESG.
