Our Team

  • Paul Pritchard / Partner

    Prior to founding Marchlyn, Paul was an Executive Director at Tristan Capital Partners, a leading pan-European investment manager with over €15bn AUM, investing in multiple real estate strategies & sectors across all major European markets. During this time Paul was responsible for the UK portfolio.

    Paul’s experience covers investment transactions, debt financing, development projects, leasing & strategic asset management across the UK real estate markets.

    He has transacted over £2bn & managed portfolios of over £5bn.

    Key specialisms include delivering high quality ESG workspaces & industrial strategies focusing on innovation, tech & service led operations and leasing.

  • Nicho Jenkins / Partner

    Prior to founding Marchlyn, Nicho spent 6 years as Managing Director, UK Investments at Tristan Capital Partners, having previously been a Fund Manager at Federated Hermes. He has a strong track record as a value add & opportunistic equity investor, having been responsible for £5bn of transactions.

    Nicho’s experience covers a variety of sectors in the UK market including industrial & logistics, workspace, innovation & residential.

    Whilst at Federated Hermes he was also a board director of Argent Kings Cross Ltd, the developer of the 67-acre Kings Cross Estate.

    A Chartered Surveyor by background, his specialisms include equity investment & development funding, strategic asset management & joint ventures.
